ADAM 5 ON DEMAND Payroll

This solution is based on the Software as a Service (Saas) model, in which the client uses the ADAM payroll software and infrastructure through the Internet.

The service is paid on a monthly basis, with the fee depending on the number of active employees. It includes database hosting and other activities—from information backups to an automatic growth of operative servers and systems in accordance with the client’s needs.

Adam 5 has enough capacity and flexibility to make payments, withholdings, discounts, liabilities, etc., by implementing any level of complexity in payment policies and giving support to tax and labor obligations in any country or company, regardless of size. The Time and Attendance module provides the necessary capacities to control and interpret time information; obtaining events and incidences through the interpretation of records; and managing supervision activities, overtime approval and absenteeism analysis.

Today, information is a relevant factor; with ADAM Personal, employees will have access to their information. At the same time, officers and executives will have the tools needed to help them in decision making processes (ADAM Exec).
